Panerai PAM 296

The Panerai PAM 296 is a brand new watch unveiled by Officine Panerai at SIHH 2009. It is a 44 mm Luminor model that features a steel and titanium case, titanium bracelet, and gorgeous tobacco dial.

Panerai used an automatic OP III calibre movement in the PAM296. This movement features 21 jewels, 13 1/4 lignes, Cotes de Geneve decoration on the bridges, Glucydur balance, and Incabloc anti-shock device. It produces 28,800 alternations per hour and has a 42 hour power reserve.

The Panerai PAM 296 is water resistant to 300 meters and includes a screw down, solid caseback, 3.5 mm thick sapphire crystal (with date magnifying lens and anti-reflective coating), and alligator strap.
