Presented at Baselworld 2008, the Patek Philippe 5070P 001 is a great looking new addition to the lineup.
Housed in a 42mm case with a gorgeous blue-metallic sunburst dial, the 5070P 001 is sure to turn heads. Water resistance is rated at 30 meters and the watch features a sapphire crystal caseback.
The chronograph has a 30 minute elapsed time counter and Patek Philippe used a caliber CH 27-70 movement (“Nouvelle Lémania” base). The movement has 24 jewels, a Gyromax balance wheel, a Geneva Seal Hallmark, 60 hour power reserve, 208 different parts, and 18,000 vph.

The Patek Philippe Ref. 5108R Men’s Calatrava is a new release unveiled by PP at Baselworld 2008. This large classic watch is now available in a new joaillerie version in rose gold with 52 Wesselton diamonds.
The Patek Philippe 5108R is housed in a 37mm case and is water resistant to 30 meters. The case is set with 52 diamonds and also features a sapphire crystal see through display back.
Patek Philippe used a caliber 324 S C movement in the 5108R. It has 213 parts, a Gyromax balance wheel, 29 jewels, 28,800 vph, and a 45 hour power reserve.

Another amazing new watch was unveiled at Baselworld 2008 today, the Patek Philippe Ref. 5207 Quantieme Perpetual Tourbillon Repetition Minutes. This watch is drop dead gorgeous and I’m absolutely in love with the clean layout of the dial.
The 5207 is housed in a 41mm platinum case with sapphire crystal covering the dial and see through display back. Patek Philippe also includes a solid caseback as well.
The Patek Philippe 5207 features a minute repeater, tourbillon, and instant perpetual calendar with original windows. The movement used is the hand wound caliber RTO27PSQI, and the watch is COSC-certified as a chronometer.

Just unveiled at Baselworld 2008, the Patek Philippe World Time Ref. 5131 Enamel Dial has many PP collectors drooling. As one of Patek Philippe’s iconic complications, The World Time is definitely a favorite. Th model in yellow gold is decorated with a cloisonné enamel world map on the dial along with an engraving on the bezel.
Patek Philippe used their caliber 240HU movement in the 5131, which features 33 jewels, 21,600 bph, a 22kt gold micro rotor, the Geneva Seal, and a power reserve of 48 hours.
The 5131’s is housed in a 40mm 18kt yellow gold case with sapphire crystal. The watch is water resistant to 30 meters.
